We are a nondenominational church
located in the
Market
Square
Shopping Center in
Chesterfield County,
Virginia. We
are striving to become a group of
disciples of Jesus Christ who are
far more interested in loving God
with all of our heart, soul, mind,
and strength, and loving our
neighbors as we love ourselves, than
we are interested in pretty carpet
and nifty church programs. We
believe that
who
we are together is far
more important than what we do. We
are therefore aspiring to become a
company of friends who share the
struggles of life together as we
seek first the
Kingdom of
God. We
believe that by walking together as
a family of disciples, and by
applying God’s WORD in our daily
lives, we can walk in VICTORY
through Jesus Christ.

Crown’s Financial Ministry:

finding God’s way to financial freedom!
CROWN'S MISSION:
Equipping people worldwide to learn, apply, and
teach God's financial principles so they may know
Christ more intimately, be free to serve Him, and
help fund the Great Commission.
Being a
non-denominational church we would like to serve
interested Christians in assisting them in finding
how God’s financial principles can help us each to
become financially free to become better stewards of
God’s possessions by serving him physically,
spiritually, financially or in all these manners.

What We Believe

We believe that the Bible is God
speaking directly to man and we do our best to live the way He said to
do it in the book.
As
Mark Twain once said:
"It ain't those parts of the Bible that I can't understand that bother me--it's the parts that I do understand."
We
believe that through receiving and applying the Word of
God, you will have VICTORY in your life DAILY through
Jesus Christ.
If we focus on how the Bible tells us to live, and then begin to live
that way, we will live lives that are blessed and full of peace. The
Bible wasn’t written to give us a long list of “do’s and
don’ts.” It was written
to show us how to live life to the fullest extent possible.
We believe that how we relate to God and to each other are more
important than agreeing on
every fine point of our religious thoughts and ideas.
Our Christianity is about loving
God and loving our neighbor as ourselves.
So long as we practice these two fundamentals, we believe that
God can keep us on the straight and narrow path He has planned for us.

WHAT IS CHURCH?
Church is not
buildings, activities, or a social club.
According to Jesus, church is people. People who are connected
together as a spiritual family belonging to God, and friends
with each other.
When we get
together, and what we do, aren’t nearly as important as who we
are. At Chesterfield Christian Center, we believe that God has
put us together as a church family whose calling is to first
love God (with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength) and then
to walk in unconditional, non-negotiable love with each other.
Everything else flows out of those basic relationships.
Church
is totally and completely about love and relationship.
Jesus said:
"A new commandment I
give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved
you, that you also love one another. By this all men will know
that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."
(John 13)
We
can have the coolest music. We can preach
sermons that are exciting and entertaining.
We can have a beautiful building and the nicest programs and
facilities. We can even do great miracles and accomplish great
things. If we don’t love God and aren’t friends with each other,
we have accomplished nothing and are wasting our time (See I
Corinthians Chapter 13).
